Ms. Hart joined the OIG in 2015 after working with
the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) as
Senior Investigator. Ms. Hart retired from the
United States Navy following a 26-year military
career. Ms. Hart has fully delegated authority to
act on behalf of the IG in his absence.
